Lesley Holmes, a USC-educated gerontologist and CIA-certified chef, has dedicated her life to enhancing the well-being of seniors. With years of experience as an RCFE Administrator overseeing large facilities and a decade as a direct caregiver, Lesley envisioned a sanctuary where care surpasses the ordinary—where each resident's dignity and independence are held sacred.

Ivan Garel-Jones was propelled into the world of assisted living through personal necessity, following a life-changing event when his wife, Kate, suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm and subsequent stroke. Faced with the need for more comprehensive support than he could provide alone, Ivan's mission became clear—to create a haven not just for Kate but for others in similar need.

Together, Ivan and Lesley transformed their family home into Indalo Homes—a testament to their shared vision. This boutique-style residence is more than a place to live; it’s a vibrant community where seniors receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Our home offers not only security and professional care but also companionship, engagement, and a true sense of belonging.
